Weekly market held every Moday in the traffic-free High Street and Saxon Square from 9am - 4pm.

50 stalls selling a variety of quality produce including fresh fruit and vegetables, fish, bed linen, pet foods, jewellery, clothes, plants etc

Dale Pinnock, Medical Chef Demonstration

The Bay Tree Health Store at the Centre will be sponsoring Medical Chef Dale Pinnock at his demonstration at this year's Christchurch Food Festival at 12.30pm on Sunday 13th May.

Dale combines his love of delicious food with his skills as a nutritionist and herbalist to create dishes that delight, nourish and heal.

This medicinal cookery is based upon tailoring menus to meet individuals' specific health needs.

The event is free and seats are available on a first-come-first-serve basis. Tickets are available in store at The Bay Tree Health Store in the Centre, alternatively email your request to info@myhealth365.co.uk or call 01202 481 817. Tickets purchased through The Bay Tree Health Store are entitled to refreshments and an exclusive chat with Dale after the demonstration.
